On October 4, 2019 Councilman Riemer posted a blog post mocking residents concerned about 5G. He then supported commenters that wrote the article and allowed disrespectful behavior.
Comments by Councilman Riemer such as "dying here" were made in regards to a post making fun of concerned constituents.
Equally important, commenters called concerned parents "psychopaths." Riemer took no action to block such statements but instead talked about the "inside jokes" he had with these mocking commenters. In addition Hans Riemer "liked" comments from posters that were disrespectful.
We citizens of Montgomery County ask that a transparant and respectful conversation be maintained when talking about such important matters.
